Sport England Initiates Climate Change Courses: Urges Participation from the Humber Region


In a bid to address the pressing issue of climate change, Sport England has launched a series of courses aimed at raising awareness and promoting action within the sports sector.

Given that the Humber, South Yorkshire, and Teesside collectively contribute significantly to carbon emissions, it is crucial for individuals and organizations in these areas to play a vita role in combatting climate change.

Carbon Literacy Training

BASIS, in collaboration with Sport England, runs regular events, both online and in-person. These events are designed at sharing knowledge in sports sustainability, promoting networking and recognising those organisations that have already taken important sustainable actions.
