Vision For Work, Health and Skills has launched

The Vision for Work, Health and Skills document highlights the role of sport and physical activity in getting people into employment. 

The sport and physical activity sector supports people back into work with transferable skills. 

The framework at the heart of this document explores the role and need for the sector to deliver on the key themes to get Britain working.  

The purpose is also supporting businesses who employ people to improve their productivity as a healthy, well trained and qualified workforce is happier and more productive. 

It also aims to communicate with policy makers ensuring sport and physical activity helps people get in or stay in work, or find new career opportunities.

David Gent, CEO at Active Humber, said:
