Kristina Richardson - Pilot Manager

I lead on the operational development and delivery of the Pilot based here in Withernsea.
I work alongside a diverse team and directly manage the team developing the projects within the local community to help create a happier, healthier more physically active Withernsea.

Mellissa Freeman - Pilot Co-Ordinator

In my role as Pilot Coordinator I assist the Pilot Manager as well as providing administrative support for my colleagues. I keep up to date with the latest HR practices, schedule meetings, arrange training and seminars, as well as maintaining and updating physical and digital employee records. I like to think of this as the glue between each role in the team.

El Wilkinson-Cunningham - Evaluation Co-Ordinator

I work across East Riding Public Health as well as Active Withernsea. I lead on the evaluation of Active Withernsea to measure the impact of the pilot on physical activity and systems change within the town. Additionally lead on sharing the learning from the pilot, at both a strategic level and a localise level, and lead on the development of the PACE network. Finally I work on developing System Changes and Social Network Mapping Analysis frameworks within Public Health, pulling through the learning we have gathered from Active Withernsea

I work alongside the Evaluation Coordinator to support the production and development of a number of statistical/information services and analyse and interpret information relating to Active Withernsea, to measure the impact of the pilot. My role also involves working closely with the Active Withernsea Engagement officers and Grants officer to provide evaluation support to their projects through the development of interviews, questionnaires and survey design as well creating and developing social network maps (Kumu) relating to Active Withernsea projects.

I manage the Active Withernsea Get Going and Active Growth community grant initiatives, offering assistance with grant applications and the execution of projects funded through these programmes.

Adam Jamieson - Engagement Officer

I manage and support a range of sustainable physical activity initiatives such as active ageing, long-term health conditions, inequalities, SEND as well as more sport specific projects. I develop opportunities that enable members of the local community to contribute and co-produce the planning and delivery of sustainable physical activity. Additionally, I build relationships in the community between all sectors to create a stronger offer in establishing Health & Wellbeing opportunities in Withernsea.

I work closely with the residents of Withernsea to build relationships to create sustainability.

I teach PE and lead on the development and delivery of extra curricular sports/health and well-being opportunities in Withernsea and the surrounding communities. I’m excited by what we have achieved so far and hope to continue to offer a rich and diverse extra-curricular programme that instills a lifelong engagement from the young people of Withernsea.
