Trinity Boxing Club, Cleethorpes has been awarded the 'Inclusive Award' by Active Humber for their support and understanding of people living with a long term health condition, and helping them to get active and stay active. They have delivered a wide range of activities for people living with a neurological condition. The blend of physical activity and a social side has improved peoples physical and emotional well being.
Since the start of the sessions in 2021 the numbers have increased, and now weekly people are participating in boxercise, yoga and strength and conditioning classes both standing and seated depending on the mobility of the person.
The Embedding Inclusion Award recognises the great work done by the centre and the positive impact it is having on the local area.
