NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Award
This year we are proud to have achieved the highest award of Met during our NSPCC Child Protection Sport Unit review.
Safeguarding Training Delivery
The Active Humber safeguarding team now work with East Riding Voluntary Action Services (ERVAS) and the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VSCE) sector to develop training opportunities within safeguarding.
New Sport Welfare Officer
Active Humber have received funding from Sport England to recruit a new Sport and Welfare Officer to work within the Humber region up until 2027. There are plans to make an appointment ahead of the end of 2023.
